We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect once you've placed your order with us.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard UK Delivery: 7–14 business days
- International Delivery: 14–21 business days
Please note that our products are dispatched from our supplier warehouses and shipped directly to you. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs
- Free UK delivery on all orders over £35
- Standard UK delivery: £3.99 on orders under £35
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Returns Policy
We want you to love everything you order from The Product Pavilion. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at hello@theproductpavilion.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with your return instructions.
- Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theproductpavilion.com and we'll make it right — at no extra cost to you.
